High traffic location. Great retail space, well kept, would prefer a 3 yr or longer lease. Tenant pays for all utilities and care of sidewalk in front of the space. Landlord is responsible for the trash dumpster and care of the parking lot. Excellent signage location on one of Jackson's busiest streets.
