This is a newer senior building, built in 2011 that was developed using Low Income Housing Tax Credits. There are some rental restrictions still in place. The new owner and manager must be approved by MHDC. There was a flood from a broken pipe a couple of years ago, so 24% of the units have been redone since then. There is a full sized refrigerator and stove and dishwashers and microwaves in each apartments. Each apartment has a walk in shower. There is a community room and an outside patio. 37 parking spaces. There are washer/dryer hookups in each unit plus a laundry room on each floor.
