Welcome to 100 N Jefferson St in Downtown, St James, Missouri! Lovingly restored to it's Art Deco inspired roots, this 1929 built St James Bank building has been updated in almost every way possible - all new electrical, wood & tile flooring, stucco, windows, doors, siding, interior stairs, etc. No local expense was spared when it came to the detailing. The whole project was overseen by well known local builder, Ron Moreland, and his crew. The windows and doors were custom designed by Miller Glass, the electrical was done by the late Billy Durrett, wood detailing and trim was done by John Gorman, the interior stucco was done by Joey Auxier - and the list goes on. Come own a piece of St James, MO history AND enjoy being right downtown in the middle of all the action! Building could be sectioned into two commercial spots w/ city approval. There is a full bath in the back/side entry section and a 1/2 bath was added to the upstairs "boardroom". Call for more info and private tour!
