Completely wooded with wet weather creek. When viewing property you need to park at beginning of easement road which goes down a fairly steep hill. ABSOLUTELY no driving down easement road. You will get stuck. At the bottom of the easement road the property begins. You will see a line of survey flags marking the west line. None of the other lines are marked. Bring the attached topo map to navigate the property.
